Kitchens Baths Other Before & After

  • This beautifully redesigned fireplace was not only enhanced by walnut Arts & Crafts inset cabinetry & hand carved relief tiles, it was upgraded with a natural gas insert which increases heat efficiency & reduces pollutant output.

  • This residential entryway opens up into a beautiful light filled space which takes advantage of the natural lighting available through the large arched window.

  • This spacious basement laundry tucks away the clutter behind built-in cabinetry & utilizes a drop down ironing board.

  • This laundry room opening up to the outdoor deck provides plenty of light & fresh air. A spacious Corian countertop above a front loading washer & dryer allows for a convenient place to sort & fold clothes.

  • The restoration of the built-in seat & bay windows accompanied by new furnishings, as seen in this Piedmont guest bedroom, brought this room back into its 1920's period style.

  • The complete restoration of this Piedmont home includes two guest bedrooms, a shared bath & hallway seen in this photo. Flooring, wall finishes & built-in cabinets & furniture were restored back to their original 1920's design.

  • The renovation of this living room involved the refinishing of the wood beams, repair of the plaster walls & an update to the fireplace by replacing the mantle & adding an energy efficient gas insert.

  • This spacious basement laundry tucks away the clutter behind built-in cabinetry & utilizes a drop down ironing board.

  • This built-in entertainment system houses the flat-screen TV, sound system, DVD's, books & artwork. Customized to suit the needs of this family's gathering space, the cabinetry is not only elegant but functional.

  • Shimmering glass tile surrounds the fireplace of this master bedroom suite complimented by a matte finish tile around the hearth. Painted columns and a walnut mantle frame the homeowner's pieces of artwork.

  • Originally a horse and buggy carriage house from the 1800's, this Alameda California Landmark had nearly collapsed due to neglect. Now it has a new role to play thanks to our Design/Build team. With its Racedeck flooring, spark plug cabinet pulls, Ferrari flag and Gladiator Garageworks System, this garage has crossed the finish line in first place. Just imagine what you can park in here!

  • This beautiful living room was in disrepair. It was re-plastered, painted, the wood beams were refinished from an aged gray and lighting was added to display the artwork. The fireplace was given a new mantle, marble hearth and converted to a fuel efficient gas insert.

  • This previous bedroom was turned into an office and library. The owner's collection of books is preserved behind tempered glass doors and a library ladder installed for convenient and safe access to the books. Grandfather's treasured walnut desk was preserved and build into the new cherry cabinetry at either side which is more convenient for modern files and desk needs. A new Murphy bed was added to an opposite wall to accommodate occasional guests. The previous bedroom now becomes an office, reading retreat and guest room without the expense of a new room addition

This master bedroom suite takes advantage of the natural views through the use of the built-in bench placed directly beneath the large window. Window treatments and color palette are carried through the master bath as seen in our Baths Portfolio.
